Who can use Personal
You must be 18 or over. Personal is for one household. You may add a partner, and you may type a child's first name and a Junior ISA as part of that household. There is no account for a child. Please do not type medical details into labels.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Personal. That includes trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with the service, or using it in a way that breaks the law. We may suspend or close an account that misuses the service.
The illustration
Figures come from what you enter and from assumptions shown in the tool. They are illustrations, not guarantees, and not a suggestion of an action. The value of investments can fall as well as rise.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and because Personal is free, our total liability to you arising out of Personal is limited to £100.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
