This notice explains how Y Invest Holdings Ltd (“we”, “us”) handles personal data in connection with this website. We are the data controller for the limited data described here.

What we collect through this website

Nothing directly. This is a static website. It has no forms, accounts, cookies, analytics or third-party trackers, and it does not use local storage to track you.

Like any website, the company that hosts it may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use this to identify or profile you.

The demo

The live demo runs entirely in your browser. Anything you type into it stays on your device and is not sent to us. The demo may store your settings in your browser’s own storage so they are there when you return; you can clear this at any time in your browser settings.

If you email us

If you email us, we will receive your email address, name and anything you include. We use this only to reply and, where relevant, to discuss a free trial or subscription. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We keep emails for as long as needed for that purpose and then delete them. Please do not send us personal details about your clients.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use an email provider and a website host, who process data on our behalf.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy. Email nick@yinvest.ai. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
